Our Story

HOSA, the national organization for "Future Health Professionals," was established at a Constitutional Convention in Arlington, Texas, in November 1976. Our Wylie East chapter serves as a local branch of this esteemed international organization, dedicated to empowering future health professionals through education, collaboration, and hands-on. We proudly embody the HOSA Creed and core values, focusing on the essential need for healthcare, academic excellence, development, and community service. With an active presence on campus, we provide members with opportunities to volunteer, gain professional experience, and explore diverse medical fields. Our members have excelled in various competitive events at the area, state, and international levels, showcasing our commitment to excellence in categories like Biomedical. We celebrate our achievements and continue to inspire one another to reach new heights in healthcare journeys.
